The brutal Cancer, burnt him infront of our eyes in just three months. He passed away after sunrise on July 13th, at home while we were all around him. We kept our last promise by taking him home. He is now resting in peace, while we are the ones suffering.
He was the best father that anyone could ever dream of: fun, loving, caring, selfless, educated, down to earth. Wherever we went he made us proud with his extensive knowledge about world history and politics and so many other areas. He was our "Google" in 80's.
Since his passing we learned a lot more about him through the people who shared their memories of him with us.
We leraned that he sponsored some students to come to SJSU in 60s, let them stay at his place and paid their tuition untill they graduated - and he never told us while he was alive.
